At a young age I had an active lifestyle with starting positions in soccer, football, and track. After being involved in a rear-end collision I was unable to get out of bed. My life felt like it stopped. My athletic performance was noticeably different due to the muscle spasms and pain caused by the accident. As time passed, not only was my short-term health affected but long-term aches and pains became apparent.
Chiropractic care was the only option that seemed to be effective with the pain in my neck and mid-back. After frequent visits to the chiropractor, my symptoms were gone and I was living at my full capacity. After understanding how chiropractic impacted my life I decided to be a Doctor of Chiropractic and I am still a lifelong chiropractic patient.

Odessa Chiropractor
Born and raised in Odessa, TX, Dr. Matthew Chavez Diaz graduated from Permian High School in 2016. He attended Odessa College and the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. In 2018, Matthew Diaz moved to Dallas, TX in order to learn the art of healing and to pursue a degree in the Science of Chiropractic.

Dr.Diaz chose to attend and study at Parker University, where he was challenged to master the knowledge of the human spine and practice the most contemporary and progressive techniques. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker in August 2021. Focused on providing care to musculoskeletal conditions with up-to-date and non-invasive therapy and treatments.

Dr. Diaz has since moved back to Odessa in late 2021 and works as a provider at HQ Chiropractic. This young and prolific doctor plans to create an impact locally by serving on the board at Harmony Homes Children's Advocacy Center. When he is not treating patients in the office he prefers spending quality time with his friends and family. He enjoys reading, learning, going to the movies, and traveling.
